REFUND & RETURNS POLICY


REFUND POLICY

You are entitled to a refund in the following situations:


  1. The wrong product was sent.
  2. The product was defective.
  3. The product was damaged upon arrival.
  4. The product was tampered with.
  5. For international shipments, damage to the original seal of the products resulting from checks performed by customs authorities are not considered damage or tampering.


Refunds will be made only onto the original method of payment. It may take between 10 and 45 days if made by credit card, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.



CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY


Please see below the conditions based on the type of product purchased:


Instant, Syrups, Specialty Powders, Sauces, Flavoured Iced tea.


  • The item must be returned sealed and can only be exchanged at one of OGB’s authorized sales points. No refunds are offered under any circumstances—only exchanges are allowed, and only if the item remains sealed within one week of purchase. Exchanges outside these conditions are not permitted.

  • A customer can cancel their order before 10am on the expected delivery date. If the order is placed on the same day as the delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
